This 75-day Faith and Fitness Challenge isn’t just about physical transformation; it’s about spiritual renewal. Every step you take toward better health and deeper faith is part of a race that God Himself has marked out for you. And this race? It’s not about perfection. It’s about perseverance.

Think of this challenge as a metaphor for life. There will be days when the workouts feel exhausting, the meal prep seems tedious, or your spiritual discipline wavers. It’s in those moments that Hebrews 12:1-2 reminds us to throw off anything holding us back, whether it’s self-doubt, unhealthy habits, or even spiritual complacency, and fix our eyes on Jesus.

As you move through this challenge, remember that fitness isn’t just about your body; it’s about aligning every part of you with God’s will. Day 2 of the #75DayChallenge, and I’m feeling good!

I started my day with a workout, spent some time with God doing my devotion, and then went to do my weekly grocery shop. It’s nothing extraordinary, but it all adds up.

This challenge is reminding me that it’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up, even on the simple, ordinary days. Everyday decisions matter. Whether it’s showing up for your health, your faith, or your goals, consistency is where the magic happens.

It’s been a long time since I’ve shared here...way too long, but I’m so excited to break the silence and reintroduce Women Set Apart! This ministry has always been about encouraging and equipping women to live purposefully, intentionally, and rooted in faith, so I’m thrilled to revive it with something truly transformative: the 75 Faith and Fitness Challenge!
Over the last few months, I’ve experienced how powerful it is to intentionally care for my mind, body, and soul. Committing to daily movement, healthy habits, and most importantly, deepening my walk with God has been life-changing. That’s why I’m inviting YOU to join me on this journey.
This isn’t just about fitness... it’s about honoring the temple God has given us, cultivating discipline, and growing spiritually while taking care of our physical health. My hope is that this challenge inspires you to feel stronger, more confident, and closer to God.
